We have four state of the art forming machines with the largest table size in India.
Our manufacturing division has handled custom orders and complex projects that require specialized training and operational expertise.
We use 55 sensors controlled through a PLC with sandwich heating, plug assist, closed chamber, pre-blow, individual heating control with thermocouples.
We have over 39 years of experience in this sector and are capable of producing plastic vacuum forming components of complex shapes with any thermo-formable plastic material with spare capacity tailor made as per customer specification.
